Retainers are Non Refundable if appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. No Shows or cancellations made within less than 48 hrs of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. All Hair extension retainers are Non Refundable.
